Jahmar was a fantastic realtor for us when my husband and I were selling our old house and buying a new one at the same time. When buying, he took us to all of the properties we wanted to see and sent us properties that fit the parameters of what we wanted. During showings, he gave us advice and was open about any issues he saw with houses we walked through. When selling, he did his research on other homes that had sold in the area and fought to get us the best price. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and we really felt like we had a partner throughout the entire process. He even has client appreciation events and I can tell that he cares about getting his clients the best deal. Working with Jahmar as our realtor felt more like working with a friend, which is rare in real estate. I highly recommend choosing Jahmar for any of your real estate needs.

During our initial meet, he thoroughly walked and check my house similar to how buyers will look at my place. From there he shared data of comps and information that can help me with my decision regarding price point. He has been honest and open with communication from the very start of the process, which is very important for me to make sure my expectation is realistic. The marketing strategy of my place has also been great…from the professional photographer, timeline of when we will go to market etc.. and then come his entire team executing and staying true to what they committed…even above and beyond I would say!
I got regular updates from the very beginning of the process up to my closing. There is nothing different I would have changed from my experience with Jahmar and team!
